Outback Steakhouse - Jacksonville

We visited this outback on Friday 7/15. it started strong with broth and water, (can not go wrong.) our server was a very nice person, but was just overwhelmed with her section. we waited approx. 15 minutes after sitting to order our drinks, and then another 20 to order our food and then our drinks sitting on the bartender are watered. we ordered 2 starters; one of them came out wrongly what they repaired. then we finally got our dinner and eating did not correspond to expectations for outback. according to our opinion was a reliable chain up to this experience. overall, the service was strongly stumbled due to lack of teamwork and bad management. none of their teammates wanted to help her. much as she served could have been improved if she had a better training.

I was thrilled to have a nice steak dinner with some friends. if I could give 0 stars, I would. to say that we were disappointed would be an understatement, I ordered my steak to be well done and I got a rare steak! When I asked for more cooked, the same thing happened again. I had to ask for the name of the cook because I did not understand how someone could completely disregard a customer request for fun. kendell has to be withdrawn either to the well made difference, and rarely. because it is not difficult and everyone with an ounce of healthy human understanding would recognize the difference. better peopk

This place offers best quality food like steaks, salmon, desserts and has very friendly staff. The salmon is really well made and the desserts were neatly crafted. This is a really good place to go eat with your family and friends. Recommend to everyone who is looking for a good place to get some good steak.

Adrienne is always fantastic whenever we come! Always knows our drink order no matter how long it has been since we have been there. Very attentive to all of her guests. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you for always taking care of your customers!

Went here last year for my birthday with the family. Of course like any large restaurant chain, it had a semi-long waiting list. There are seats outside and inside where you can wait; Our wait time was about an hour. The welcoming staff are very friendly, the young man up front that day was very kind. Our waitress was the sweetest and took our table gracefully. Loved her! The food was very delicious and it came hot straight from the kitchen. One thing I ought to point out would be that my mother ordered her steak well-done but received it at a medium rare. The problem was resolved, our wonderful waitress took back her plate and came back with a steak of my mother's taste. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere is very well lit and welcoming. I had a nice time here and I hope you do too :
