Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

Do yourself a favor and do not go to this McDonald's, take the extra 5 minutes and go to Roosevelt McDonald's or just go to the Burger King across the street but under no circumstances go to this McDonald's. It is 9:49pm look at the time on my receipt. It shows 9:28pm 20minutes for fast food is crazy. The manager was exactly what you would expect. Unapologetic and zero customer service skills... You've been warned.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds you can find. Not only your order takes 15-30 minutes, it will be cold and probably wrong. In addition, we have observed how the employees fight and then threatened the manager in service. You get 2 stars because your morning staff is doing a marginally better job.

For lease Taft. The wait was 30 minutes. It was just unacceptable the customer service. But we can understand why because there was only two people in there working on a Friday night it was a terrible experience

I know it?s not the staffs fault that the first drive thru mic is semi broke. But I pulled up and got a ?you ready to order? instead of a proper greeting but maybe that person was having a bad day who knows...

Surprisingly the ice cream machine wasn't broken so I was able to get a hot fudge sundae but they were out of nuts (strike one). I ordered fries and for some odd reason I thought the fries were going to be hot...I mean who orders cold fries? I hadn't patronized a McDonald's in years but today I really wanted a hit fudge sundae with nuts and hot fries. I was very disappointed with the food and I have decided to let today's visit to McDonald's be my last.
