Get in and out. The ice is very good. There are two outdoor tables, so you can sit and enjoy the ice cream.

I went here while I was visiting Jacksonville. The location seems clean. However, the experience was not great. We have one of these in South Carolina where I am from. It is mostly manned by teenagers. But their service is much better than this location. One of the young men seemed as if he were sick or had allergies and seemed very distracted. The other young man was making to go orders and doordash only even though the line was outside. People walked out, but we refused to because most. The other ice cream places closed at 10, and this establishment state opened until 11 PM. We had already stayed in line for over an hour, so it was too late to give up at that point. It was extremely cold inside. When I ordered, the young man walked off, answered the phone, and walked outside. He came back a few minutes later and took my husband's order. This young man seems to be more experienced than the other. when he started helping things move a little more quickly. But after waiting an hour, nothing seems quick overall. I would not recommend this location to my family friends, and I will not be returning.

*The owner gave me a call and personally apologized for the recent issues. I’m pleased with her response to my concerns, and plan on remaining a customer.*Not sure if it’s under new management, but they can’t complete online orders on a regular basis. Have had issues the last two times, and went to pickup my order tonight to find out they closed early.

Loved it. I have tried Swiss chocolate, vanilla, coffee, raspberry, watermelon cotton candy.My favorites are Swiss chocolate and coffee.

We ordered cookie cream majestic milkshake and classic sundae, even though the majestic milkshakes are a bit hassle to make but they still make it to perfection
