We just moved to Jacksonville from South Florida and of all the restaurants my husband and I have tried up here, we both agree this is one we would not return to. First off, food was not good and it's extremely overpriced. Big portions but the taste was non-existant. Second, the service was awful. Extremely slow and my husband and I felt uncomfortable. My husband is Cuban-American and speaks and understands Spanish but the wait staff did the bare minimum. I'm not sure if it was because they thought we were American only and wanted to pay more attention to Spanish speaking customers. Paid $3.00 for fountain soda and not once was I asked if I needed a refill. We left a decent tip only because we felt bad but the service was the epitome of awful. We will never return nor recommend.
