Maggiano's Little Italy - Jacksonville

Scott was our server, and although it was a busy night with students going to prom, he didn't miss a beat! Everything came out in a timely manner, drinks kept flowing with immediate refills, and he was pleasant the entire time. One of the managers, Ato, also stopped by to check on us frequently. He was very professional, maintaining a smile the entire time, helping out the servers clean tables, return menus, seating customers, and running food! He was very impressive from a leadership standpoint, leading by example as opposed to dictating. Very impressive staff, service, and atmosphere all around. It had been awhile since we dined here, but we'll definitely be back soon!

I like their customer service to begin with. We mistakenly booked our table several months from now. Apparently, there is a glitch between the screen after booking online and email confirmation. (ALWAYS CHECK THE EMAIL AS CONFIRMATION) Still, they accomodated us. We had the Easter Family lunch. It was overwhelming since it was only the two of us, and the courses were not spaced out. The second and third courses were served at the same time. The food was delicious. The rigatoni was my personal favorite. The Maggiano salad and deviled eggs were superb. The rest of the entrée were average. The tiramisu was delicious but not something you would crave for. The carrot cake was moist, but the carrots were shredded too thick and too chunky. Would have loved it more if they were fine. Overall, it was a good experience! Definitely a recommended place for special occasions.

Solid 3. Very typical chain Italian restaurant. A bit noisy, foods good. Nice size portions. Side of spaghetti wasn’t what I ordered. It was very tasty but a bit warmed over. These types of restaurants I always believe are more like production line putting out food. Again, solid good fill you up food. But, needs a bit more to get to the next level. And maybe they aren’t looking for that, nor are their customers. Lots of big parties celebrating birthdays or other big event. The waiter did a good job selling us up on the take home add ins for $6. It’s a good deal if you are looking for another meal the next day. Limited choices.

My boyfriend and I went on 2/14/23 for our first Valentine’s Day dinner. Our server Anita was really sweet and super friendly and made us feel so welcomed and cared for as she helped us pick out food within my diet restrictions and allergies. Both of our meals and our drinks were absolutely delicious! Definitely an amazing experience and will come back again!

I normally don’t post pictures to write reviews but when you’re having a rough Monday and your dinner is… I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo pasta with a side salad. I would like to share how disgusting my salad was the lettuce was red and old, the tomatoes were watery and nasty, and the croutons were old you could smell it. I wasted my money tonight good thing I was able to add seasonings to my pasta and reheated it so it was somewhat eatable. Never ordering from here again.
