Jumpin' Jax House Of Food

UPDATED: After the owner Howdy wrote this review 3 weeks ago, he asked us to come back and give him another chance. We did this tonight, and I can honestly say it looks like they came back on course. The service was relatively fast and the food was as good as I remember it was in recent years. Burgers were perfectly cooked and taste was in point. My husband could get a milkshake he was unable to come in a while and it was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and there was a busboy who constantly checked the dishes and made sure that things were clean and tidy. Because I had seen the last reviews that the bathrooms were terrible, I checked the room of women and it was impeccable. I also added some photos of this visit. All in all, I am very happy to say that we will visit regularly as we used to! Thank you. Howdy, to make sure your great restaurant continues to be a local favorite! Disappointed that Jumpin’ Jax seems to have gone down hills. I wrote a Rave review for this place under my other account 3 years ago, but we were in 4 times last year and every time it was disappointing. My husband loved the milkshakes here, but now every time we go in, the milkshake machine is broken (giving me McDonalds vibes . The last time we got in, the person ordered a milkshake before us, but when we went to order, they said it was just stopped working. The last time we left, there were no spices on the frits. The waiting times have gone through the roof and I get that the places are short occupied, but when we last went to an additional page of Aioli and the person (manager we thought it then went to another table to chat with him in the hand, we recognized this when we asked the waiter back to the sauce and he literally went to stand it from the other table. Today we waited 40 minutes to get 1 burger and 1 children pizza. When the burger came out, he did not contain the fries, so my husband had to ask for them. He also did not drink the children to go with the meal and when he asked the Gentleman at the counter, he argued that it was not included, although my husband pointed out where it means it is included in the menu. When I came home and sat down to eat my burger, I noticed that the tomato was muddy and rough, it was missing pickles, and the patty was burned at the point of tasting/feeling like ashes around the outer edges (may have been on the grill for the whole 40 minutes we waited.... We loved to support this local business, but I'm not sure how much longer we're trying to give them the advantage of doubt. 2 stars to give because I know what they can be and some of me want to have hope.

Yummy Burger and the Cole Slav was amazing. We also ordered chicken pliers for my little one. You were good too. Everything was nice and hot.

Great family restaurant with the best burgers in Jax, in my opinion. The prices are fair and the menu has a wide selection of items for everyone to find something they like. It is a walk, place your order, and sit down, and the staff will bring out your food environment.

I was very surprised to find this establishment in the condition it was today. The young lady at the order desk was very friendly and helpful, but it ended there. There were no clean utensils, it looked like the restaurant needs a good top to bottom cleaning. I noticed it was much more empty than I have seen in years prior and now I think I understand why. Very disappointing, I hope they get their act together here again!

I started going here twice a month for the last 3months. The staff always have a happy and positive spirit. The food is delicious and always cooked right. They have a lot of different selections to choose from. The restaurant is clean. They even bring your food to your table and do to-go orders also. I will be back next week!
