The personal always remembers me. they are friendly and offer a solid customer service. they were fast, order was accurate. they stay busy so I always call in my order or send them through the app. food: 4/5

Its good. But Wow $21! Double patty cheeseburger regular fry and regular drink. Yes $21. It's a burger joint with no wait staff. There's plenty of places to get a good burger with a wait staff for less. Sorry 5 Guys it was good while it lasted.

Ordered 2 burgers, large fry, and 2 milkshakes. Came out fairly quickly, and tasted just as good as expected from a Five Guys.

If they wish that they go to whataburger and a better burger for half price. Food: 3/5

I ordered 2 burgers and fries $50! . Nothing was edible. The burgers were so poorly prepared that I fed one to the dogs and threw the other in the trash. Buns so soggy from the ketchup i did not ask for. One patty wasn’t even a full patty. The fries on the other hand were so salty, I’m sure I have high blood pressure now. I thought of calling and did but the young lady that answered the phone sounded like she wasn’t old enough to have a job, I was sure my complaint would fall on deaf ears. I figured I’d cut my losses and call this meal a sign to have a salad.
