Dunkin' - Jacksonville

They asked me twice what a donut is. I ordered a blueberry donut but received a chocolate one instead. Food rating: 1/5.

This was the worst drive-through experience I've ever had. I placed my order with the girl, and she just kept looking at her phone instead of paying attention. It was really frustrating. Honestly, she should consider finding a new job.

This is the best Dunkin' around! The staff is outstanding—always friendly and kind. We actually pass another Dunkin' to come to this one, and there's another location that's closer to us in a different direction, but we always choose to come here because, like I said, they are the best! Thank you to the entire team for working so hard and for always greeting us with smiles.

Eating was in order, the normal dunkin donut expectation, but the customer service. always an attitude and idek when there is bad management or bad work ethics from the team.

Amazing service!! I moved here July 1st and went into this location. From that day on everyone remembers me and what I order!! I will continue to be a faithful customer as long as I live here!!!
