Cici's Pizza - Jacksonville

The service here is excellent, and they'll prepare any pizza from their menu as long as it's available. They offer takeout and delivery through their app. The tables are clean, and they have a great selection of pizzas, salads, and pasta dishes.

We used to have a CiCi's in Greenville, but unfortunately, it closed down. Recently, we discovered that there's one in Jacksonville, and as soon as we stepped inside, I was hit with a wave of nostalgia. It's great to see that CiCi's is still in Jacksonville, and I hope it remains there for many years to come.

My kids and I absolutely love going to Cicis Pizza. There isn’t one close to us, so whenever we find ourselves in Jacksonville, it’s our go-to restaurant.

I ordered by call half spinach and half ham and cheese, a medium pizza, the only complaint I half is the display of the pizza, it looks pretty pathetic. The way it's cut and how the ham is on the bottom half looks sloppy. It was not busy when I came to pick up my order, and I hope when I come back in the future I will not have this result. On the other hand the cinnamon rolls were decent, they could have drizzle more icing on all the rolls and in a consistent manner. Most had little icing.

It was good, only a few people was in there, ask for some pizzas to be made and the manager made sure that got done for me. Didn't know she was the manager helping out her team, since they were short handed. She was extremely nice and helpful. Great energy and made my mom and dad feel welcome, definitely going back there for the cinnamon rolls that are amazing.
