Chop Stix - Jacksonville

We think they may be under new ownership. My large hot and sour soup had no spicy heat and the container was 3/4 full. My wife lemon chicken had no lemon flavor in sauce. We eat here semi regular and this more likely then not will be the last. Our advice is to go somewhere else.

We ordered pepper steak from this restaurant an I don't know what it was ....but it wasn't like no pepper steak I've ever ate. It was the worst food I've ever ordered...my dog wouldn't even eat it .

Every time I order from here, the food is always hot and tastes fresh. It's the best Chinese food in the Jacksonville area! I've tried other Chinese restaurants, but their dishes are often bland or tough. Chopstix is definitely my favorite spot—it's my top choice. If you're a fan of New York-style Chinese food, this is the place to go!

Horrible, horrible service yet again! This time when I tried to call back, the woman hung up on me. My meal only had five tiny shreds of chicken, with the rest being filled with carrots, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. When I expressed my concern, she suggested I should have ordered more food! The menu clearly states "curry chicken and onion," and I specifically requested light onions, so I don’t understand why I'm being treated this way for their mistake. Save your money and avoid these ungrateful people—they clearly have no appreciation for their customers! I wish I could share a picture to illustrate this ridiculousness!

I placed my order at 6:20 and was told it would take 30 to 60 minutes. After an hour and ten minutes, I called for an update and was informed that the driver had run out of gas. It took a total of an hour and 45 minutes for the food to finally arrive. The driver mentioned he was the only one working that evening. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. I'm not sure if the manager or the driver was being truthful, but I won't be ordering from there again!
