Burger King - Jacksonville

I had a great experience with the impossible veggie burger there. The staff was very friendly!

Today was a wonderful experience at lunch. A friend and I chose to sit inside and enjoy our meal. The staff was patient and friendly, even during the busy lunch rush with both dine-in customers and drive-thru orders. They handled everything without panicking and maintained a steady pace.

I would not recommend visiting this Burger King! The food is terrible, the staff is lazy and unhelpful, and the restaurant is dirty. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes in the drive-thru. This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever encountered. If I could give zero stars, I would. This location needs to be shut down. I typically love Burger King, but not at this location. Save yourself the trouble and try another fast food place nearby—I can guarantee it will be better than this one!

I ordered the delivery of burger king (by grub hub) today, the $20.00 bundle. I have specifically asked in all the cats, no sauce on whoppers, please; can't eat! (just put luce, onions, tomatoes will be) thank you, a heap!” the king of burger put the sloppy sauce on anyway! to supplement injuries, the 3 cheeseburgers had only cheese, pickel and mustard....BUT no burger, on all 3! where is their order (10-15-2022)

Update: On October 7, 2022, I decided to go through the drive-thru and ordered two original chicken sandwiches and two orders of fries. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were so salty that I couldn't eat them, although the fries were decent. I called the manager to express my concerns. He was polite, but it was disappointing to have wasted $7 and not have lunch. This restaurant really needs to make some improvements.
