Applebee's Jacksonville

Our waitress Mercedes was fantastic! We had a 10 minute wait for a table not bad for a football Sunday. Typical Applebees decor and menu. My husband and son got the all you can eat chicken wings (they even have boneless . My daughter and I got the 2 for $25/29/32 dinner for 2 it comes with an appetizer and on Sundays appetizer are $6 so we got another one: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and service. It was a nice pace and quality family time not to mention I didn 't have to cook and kids didn 't have dishes!

Maybe the Applebee's at the Town Center could come over and do some training to show the Applebee's on Lane Avenue how to run a restaurant. Gets so tiring to pay the same price as someone at the Town Center and still get rotten service and a partial meal. I don't think this Applebee's wants to be in business. If they did, they would care about customer service, part of that is actually get orders right. They messed up and/or forgot half the order. So not only did they get it wrong, they also make greater profit by not giving us all the food I paid for. I hate that I give a tip before service for such a bad experience. Tried for the last time will never go again.

This place is hit and miss. I have gotten good food and I also have gotten frozen fish but they did let me choose something else I got the chicken broccoli Alfredo which was decent. The waiters I have had are pretty good. Sometimes the people who visit aren't always the best. Rowdy and noisy. But if your hungry it will do the job for the most part.

Great service and consistent food. Had a great Applebees experience! Manager came around to make sure everything was great and our server checked in multiple times!

Ee were there for margaritas and drink specials . The bartender was irate about his drink load , yelling at his staff trying to help him , making obscene comments about guest requests and his negative energy trickled onto our server who understandably became frustrated . The watered down draculas juice was literally just juice . Jose Cuervo and Bacardi would have been easy to taste . The dollar margaritas were as suspected first round is strong second was sweet and sour mix . All of this was after waiting an HR an 10 mins just to have our order taken so we didn't want to chance having to wait another hour for food .
