I was extremely disappointed with the food quality at this restaurant. I ordered a dessert, a pizza, two orders of wings, and a calzone, and only the wings were made correctly. The pizza and dessert were dry, with the pizza being burnt on the bottom and the edges of the dessert being hard. The calzone was extremely dry and brittle, with the crust crumbling like a crushed cracker. When I called to complain, I was offered a 15% discount on my next order, which I declined as I do not plan on ordering from them again. The manager, Tyler, apologized but said he has no control over the food quality, which was very disappointing to hear.

I can't find the words to describe the service we received tonight. That's because we didn't receive any. After 25+ minutes after being seated (no drinks, no hello not anything), we gave up and left for another restaurant:

We sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic about serving us, which made our experience wonderful!
