Wendy's - Jackson

They were apologetic about the wait time but very courteous and friendly. They were interviewing while people were waiting. It's the workforce the staff was doing the best they could with what they had. It ended in a great hot fresh meal.

The staff are always friendly. They have your order fast.

You maybe ok if it’s before 3/4 pm. But anytime after that. Give it up. Either the system is down or they are out of something major. They currently told me today they are out of nuggets and couldn’t have been more considering I haven’t said a word yet , they might as well shut this location down

Order through drive through at South Highland Jackson Tn. The chicken was overcook not typical of Wendy's. Need to change grease or something.

I regret even giving this store 1 star. Not only was the wait for our food an hr after ordering. but then after ordering we were told no frostys except strawberry even tho everyone had ordered chocolate. Then the chicken sandwiches were burnt to a crisp. They even looked like they had been recorded after sitting unless they are ment to look like thin hockey pucks. This was a waste of time and money and we were the only customers in store ND watched only 3 people go thru the drivethru so they were NOT busy. Disgusting
