Thai Cafe - Jackson

The restaurant has beautiful and unique furnishings with private seating options for small meetings or larger families with children. Our server was friendly, but the service was slow (and the restaurant was empty when we were there, except for a few people picking up orders); we are not sure if he was the only one working. We are very familiar with good Thai food (as we are from Thailand); however, we found the food to be disappointing with a rating of 2 out of 10. The noodle dishes did not have the correct type of noodles - we ordered lo mein, pad thai, and pad see ew, but all of them had a different type of noodle. Perhaps these dishes may be acceptable for an American palate, but they are definitely not authentic Thai food.

I have to say, I am tempted to quit my job and work at this restaurant for a month just to have the opportunity to wash dishes and secretly learn the recipe for their delicious pad thai. It is truly exceptional - the standard by which I judge all other pad thai dishes. I have yet to find anything that comes close to comparing. Just a heads up, their hours are not typical for a restaurant, so make sure to call ahead and confirm they are open before heading to the Thai cafe. It's tucked away in the corner of a strip mall, so it may be easy to miss that it's even there. Don't miss out on trying their amazing pad thai!

Absolutely amazing eating! the restaurant was very busy when I came here, so had to wait a bit for dinner, but the service was excellent. highly recommended!

I wasn't in a few years because eating had taken a lesson for the worse, but they are back to their original size and eating was great!

I have been looking for a Thai restaurant for years. We always had to make our way to Nashville. Not. Any. More. I ordered the Kang Laos and it was terrific. So many amazing flavors in one dish. Plus, there was so much left over, I'm going to eat the rest for dinner. I can not wait to go back and try something new!
