Taco Bell - Jackson

Spent 40 bucks on a meal for my family and over half the order is missing. Didn't notice till I returned home, 20 minutes away and now I can't even get any one to answer the store phone..we all mess up from time to time,I know I do they were busy busy but come on y'all, let's focus a bit more.

Lobby locked at 5:45 PM on a Saturday and we saw workers sitting inside, so we went to the drive-thru window. We sat there for a couple minutes and were never acknowledged even though we were the only customers there. Finally gave up on getting food there.

Stopped through to grab dinner after about 12 hours of driving and was thoroughly disappointed. Place smelled sewer like as a previous reviewer mentions but they were oddly cleaning at that time so ignored it and ordered anyway. My boyfriend’s Crunchwrap didn’t have any of the add ons we paid extra for, they still added the removed tomatoes, and his quesadilla was cold with barely any chicken in it. The only thing not messed up was the side of fiesta potatoes. Bathroom was also eh, looked relatively clean but toilet paper dispenser was hanging open with toilet paper just out in the open. If you’re passing through I’d skip it. Unfortunately my boyfriend and I opened our food on the road and we’re stuck with what we got. Waste of $20.

This must be the only location in Tennessee that has a dining room closed. Attendant was rude, felt rushed to order food. Best to drive to the other one a few miles down, just poor service and laziness here.

The guys on the night crew always get the job done. My food is always hot and customer service is always on point. I place my orders online, and majority of the time it's a large order, but the wait is never long.
