Martin's Downtown - Jackson

This place rocks. I visited them a couple months back and had my first ever experience with trying catfish and it was a wonderful one! Seasoned wonderfully, not greasy, and yummy sides. My waitress was very sweet, prompt, and friendly! I would go back in a heartbeat if I was in the area.

The hamburger steak with my choice of sides was so delicious. My cocktail was also on point. The staff was great and I will most definitely be visiting again, real soon.

I enjoyed myself. They had a crawfish event . I had a crawfish plate and some beer. I always went in to try the food which came out in a timely manner ! And the food was amazing !! I had fried greens, and Mardi Gras pasta ! I would definitely go back !

Thursday is pot roast day and I highly recommend it. Food is terrific. Walk in the south door and keep walking and you?ll find this is an extremely long restaurant/bar. Tastefully decorated older downtown building.

The food was very delicious. The waitress was very sweet and friendly. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
