Hot Head Burritos - Jackson

The nachos had a lot of toppings and was very good.

Pork quesadilla is big and delicious. It's my regular order. Tortilla chips are okay but not the best, and the small amount of queso you get for $4 is a bit absurd but it's tasty.

The Smothered Burrito meat (steak) was too tough to chew and the filling (rice, beans, etc) had a watery liquid to it. It barely had any Queso cheese sauce on top like they normally do usually there's enough to dip tortilla chips in if I'm inclined to do so. I've had them a few times and this is the worse one I've had $14.00 and it's inedible and the craziest thing about the entire ordeal was that it was a replacement order basically in the form of a credit from Door Dash and not Hot Head itself because the last time they forgot the meat (chicken) so I was delivered a Smothered vegetarian burrito basically. Door Dash is Awesome and we always tip well I figure with high gas prices and the convenience of not having to leave the house it's the least we can do. I'll keep using Door Dash but I'll take a break from Hot Head Burritos for a while I'm very saddened by this experience I was hoping so badly for everything to be correct this time and just be edible at the very least. I don't try to be a habitual complainer. I only want the food service to be up to the standard as advertised.

The bowl in my opinion was good the chips where kinda greasy but the queso was good and they forgot my drink

The food was small portions and not very tasty at all
