I was one of the first people in shortly before they opened at 11 and they seated me right away. Service was excellent. The meal was underwhelming, though. I asked for sweet tea; they don't serve it. The menu was smaller than I expected with most of it being sandwiches and salads. I chose the chicken and sausage jambalaya which was the only part of the meal that was good. It was actually quite good. That comes with a side salad. I requested ranch; they don't have ranch. I went with sweet balsamic. It was thick and didn't seem like a balsamic to me. The salad was served on the same plate. Eh, whatever. But it had maybe one cherry tomato and a quarter of a slice of cucumber and maybe five tiny shreds of cheese. It was real basic. The French bread was bland, so I dipped it in jambalaya to try to liven it up.With a tip, it cost almost $19 and i got water in a glass. It just wasn't worth that much. If it had cost about five dollars less, I would have gotten what I'd paid for.
I went to Crazy Cat Eat Up for the first time with friends who are regulars. The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptional!Food: 5/5
We like to try new places. This popuped on a Google search. It's in a part of the city we don't often travel. Very nice place. Staff was extremely friendly. Weekend menu is brunch. It was awesome. My Wife and I both enjoyed our choices. My children sat, ate and was quiet, That means the food was good. All in all you should go try this place.
Great food! Reasonably price. Quality service. Definitely worth a visit! Great to see a restaurant take pride in their food and service!
