Andy's Pizza - Jackson

The elderly owner of the restaurant seems to avoid interacting with customers, and her demeanor is quite rude. I really can’t understand how she has managed to stay in business. I won’t be going back again.

The pizza and coney dogs are fantastic! They’re fresh and have an amazing flavor. I highly recommend trying them!

Typically, Andy's is quite good, but this location didn't live up to expectations. I spent $45 on two pizzas last night, both with half-and-half toppings. Unfortunately, the toppings on both pizzas overlapped. Additionally, one of the pizzas was a bit too large for the box, so when the staff closed it, the box got bent inwards and couldn’t be fixed.

10/10 recommend. My family is in the area for a wedding and has from Andy?s for dinner tonight and we couldn't stop talking about what was a great experience. Customer service might be the best I've ever seen. How really friendly and hard work all employees were. They all went out to make sure we had everything. One of the guys even ran out to give us a ranch since we asked for extra with our order. Even were friendly and thoughtful enough to take the time to write names and smiley faces on each of our pizzerias. I was very impressed and hope they know that it was really appreciated more than they know. Then if that's not enough? The food was so good! Very recommended. Thank you.
