フィードバックを提供するOn the way to provence consciously scheduled a stop in itterswiller. We've been coming here alone for years or other couples for the wine sale. Because we like to be at emmebuckel's ivm the lining and the fine environment here, booked a night here, and, of course, a visit to their restaurant immediately. We've been eating here for a year or 8 to 9 and we're always hot. This time for the salad with a beer-based munster and the dorade with pesto. My wife went for dessert of lakegue and I went for a piece of munsters. Accompanied with a bottle of saints and a glass of their own vineyard faller. Everything was perfect again. Sleep well and after breakfast, we'll go to our vacation home. Really enjoy a first holiday.
The kitchen is always excellent but we were disappointed by the length and lack of professionalism of the service. There seems to be a problem of organizing in the room and lack of flow in the kitchen.
We went there on the advice of the hotel across the street. and we were not disappointed even very satisfied. Snails are good. The foie gras risotto still makes my wife happy again. The baekoff is good. The wine is necessarily good in being located in the heart of the vineyard. We'll go back with pleasure.
We had dinner two evenings in this restaurant located in front of our hotel. very good card, good value quality price. the view of the terrace is beautiful. service a little long, but we had time on vacation. We will return to our next passage.
We had come to spend a stay in 2014 in this hotel (hotel restaurant) and we had kept a very good memory of it. We wanted to come back at our step back and forth to the Allemagne and we made a special detour twice to find the cuisine of this restaurant. Since nothing has changed, it's always as good. Alsatian snails with an old family recipe are divine, the sauerkraut is excellent, the delicious desserts (profiteroles, burned cream,...), the mouth-catching to the super melon and the faller wine accompanies all these succulent dishes exceptionally. the view of the terrace on the Alsatian countryside is to fall. The service is fast and the boss is always as nice. short a restaurant not to be missed with excellent traditional and family cuisine. When we're in this restaurant we know we're in alsace and we like to eat in this area.
