Cafe Kat 4 - Istanbul

I visited this cafe restaurant to drink a coffee. It;s in the 4th floor directly opposite the sirkeci railway station. it offers a beautiful view in the night. as far as prices are concerned, something is high.

The lookout is perfect and the breakfast is amazing here.try the 35 breakfast

Food taste wasn't good enough. Poor service. But the view is nice.

They have a great view and beautiful Turkish coffee

Eating is okay. price is cheap.
