Qdoba Mexican Grill - Issaquah

The food is fantastic, but it's frustrating when I get told it's ready for pickup at 7:07 and then don't receive it until after 7:40. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Other Qdobas don't seem to have this issue.

I hadn't been there in a while, so I decided to stop by for lunch. It was quite good. While it wasn't as cheesy as I remembered, the staff were extremely friendly.

Queen and Sam provided excellent service during my visit, catering to me and a few others. They were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking the ingredients for my allergies without me even having to ask. It’s clear they take pride in their work and the presentation of their dishes. It’s the kind of friendly and thoughtful service that makes me eager to return.

I had a salad today that was quite fresh and flavorful. The birria had a nice quality of meat, and the grilled fajita vegetables were enjoyable as well. However, the portion sizes were a bit on the small side. Additionally, their waste disposal system is quite confusing, requiring diners to sort their scraps, recyclables, and trash, which adds unnecessary complexity to the experience. The side portions, like the rice, were also surprisingly small.

The girl at the counter was friendly and didn’t seem rushed, yet she got our order to us quickly. The only downside was that they were out of guacamole. I don’t usually order it, but my wife does. Overall, we will definitely be returning!
