Fischer Meats is the best spot to get any cut of meat. The meat is great, high quality and always delicious. But also every butcher is passionate about what they do and willing to dispense their wisdom (and jokes) on their customers. The Cowboy is my favorite because one delicious cut will serve my entire family of four!

We enjoy coming to Fischer's! The knowledge you bring to your business is so helpful when we're uncertain what to choose! We come most often for ground lamb, sausage, and your Greek burgers (I know most probably come for your steak! and our kids love visiting and grabbing pepperoni sticks it jerky, plus picking out something new to try. Great place to go for fresh meat!

Best meat shop on the eastside, really like their breakfast sausages, regular and apple. Their jerky and pepperoni are really good too.
