I walked in and got a big gulp and a hot dog (for the 2 for 2.22 deal) the sign said the cheeseburger hot dog was included in it. So I got the cheeseburger hot dog. When he rang it up it came to $4 for the two of them, so I said, isn't the cheeseburger hotdog included while pointing to the sign. He continued to look down and tell me the total was $4. So I walked over and tried to show him and he refused to acknowledge it. So rather than try to argue with him, I just got the regular one. Upon getting my hot dog, I found the bun felt like it was left out in true open for a week. Absolutely disgusting. Additionally to top it all off, the soda tasted like they dumped soap in it. Thank you 7-eleven of connetquot avenue. I will never spend another dime at your store
Always have what you need...that AM coffee or late night snack... Always stopping into items we forgot at the store. Or when we're expecting a storm can quickly run up there and get the last minute items we need. Of course more expensive than going to the supermarket but when you're in a pinch or bind it's worth it.
I have to say, this is the worst place I've visited since coming back home. As an active duty member of the military and over 21 years old, I tried to use my Federal ID, which has my photo, age, expiration date, and meets all the requirements for a valid ID. However, both cashiers refused to accept it. A manager even had the audacity to tell me it wasn’t a valid form of identification. Can someone please clarify in what state, country, or place this is true? It's safe to say I will never return to this establishment. This experience genuinely frustrated me.
I requested the current worker to call the owner or manager, but he responded rudely, raised his voice, and even laughed at me. I inquired about the location of the receipts, which are typically stored in a box. After rummaging through the box, I found receipts from the following day, but mine was notably missing. I asked the employee if he could check the system to confirm my transaction and help me resolve the issue, but he said he lacked the ability to do so. I found it hard to believe that the owner or manager would have employees on shift who can't handle such situations. It concerns me that if someone needs to make a return, they have to wait for the manager to show up the next day. I feel frustrated that my money was taken, and it seems like a joke that my receipt couldn’t be found. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing.
This is the worst 7-Eleven I have ever visited. I'm 27 years old and live in Islip. I've been there three times in the past week for a lighter or cigars, and each time the rude cashier has questioned whether my ID is fake. After scanning it, he makes a scowling face at me. I would recommend finding another store.
