Trangallan - Islington

The portions of food are too small and overpriced. The staff was extremely rude. I visited the restaurant twice and both times the food was bad and the service from the staff was rude. The quality of the food is also poor. I will never be returning.

We agree with most of the other reviewers the food is excellent, service is great, but the food is overpriced. The wine list is pricy too, with the cheapest red at around £27.00. Having got that out of the way their octopus stew is the best I've ever eaten, and the ham croquetas and the lemon ginger broccoli are very good indeed. So maybe we will return...

Came here with a high level of expectation and was not disappointed. Every piece of the experience was worth the price we paid for the two of us. Our highlights were the pork tenderloin, mackerel and the trio of desserts. Bravo!

We had a dinner there with a couple of friends. The tapas served was some what different from the traditional tapas you can find in Spain more modern (slow cooked/sous vide) served in a bigger dishes. The food taste very good. Worth to give a try.

Service was brilliant, greeted by a lovely waiting staff called Maddie with great knowledge of the menu. The decor was awesome! Really quirky and helped create an authentic atmosphere. The food was beautiful! I would recommend the traditional tortilla, probably the best I've tasted yet. We will defenatly be back :
