Mcdonald's - Isleta Pueblo

Half of my order was wrong, got none of the right sauces, and received cold food. Ordered a large drink and received a medium. Whoever was taking orders for the opening shift also had a horrible attitude.

My food was incomplete, also I ordered a decaf coffee they didn't add sugar and cream.

It took them three tries to make a hot caramel macchiato with an extra shot and whip. I ordered it on my phone, but they gave me an iced drink instead. When I mentioned it was supposed to be hot, they asked me to pull up. After waiting for 10 minutes, I parked and a lady brought out another coffee, once again, not what I ordered. I returned inside where they made me another one. The entire process took 20 minutes to get my coffee that morning. I haven 't been back since. Usually, they are on point, but it seems that when the girl at the first window refuses to give you the receipt, saying, You 're good as she waves you up, my order is always wrong.

A typical McDonald's the fair is sometimes better and different days than others depending on the cook and depending on the staff and how fast they can give that to you this local one's not too bad

We pick up from this McDonald's location often. The service is always fast and everyone is friendly.
