Chili's Grill - Isleta Pueblo

We'll give this location one more try! Our first time at this location our appetizer came out almost when our dinner did. Or fajita trio had little meat on the plate and it was brought out in sections they forgot our guacamole and took like 10 minutes to bring it out. The drinks didn't get refilled and my wife ordered a margarita and it took forever to get that. I understand they are a new location and is training so that's why I said I'll give it one more try.

Nice environment, workers very nice and attentive from front door when walked in to time walked out. Was not too busy at first but time passed got busy. Had a long wait after we ordered for our food , when it came it was cold. They immediately took it back correct it. They consistently kept us updated on delays, as they offered refills, checking in too see if ok, needed anything. Management also came to the table to explain delays. Take it we never asked for

I've come to expect a certain level of quality of food when I come to Chilli's. It's a good level which keeps me coming back. However, this new place was exceptional. Food exceeded my expectations and the service was great. Keep it up guys! Doing awesome!

It?s still a fairly new restaurant so they?re working on getting things right. The service was good but the food was lacking a bit. It was dreary looking and unappealing. The tray was lacking. Perhaps some garnish or something to give the dish some pop. The southwest egg rolls were a bit greasy needed to have 2 sauces instead of one. Even the potato soup was a bit plain. If they work on presentation flavor then possibly they?ll get a 5th star.

This was the 3rd time in here since they opened. 1st and 2nd times we're great. But they forgot about us,spent 2.5 hours in there the 3rd time. Then they brought out the wrong food? Management tried to make it better? So gave us a discount. It's a new restaurant down here .So should we be ok with it taking 2.5 hours so they can work out their problems? I say no because they are Chili's, the should have this working like a glove. I'm giving 2 stars, I hope this gets
