Ben Jerry's - ISLE OF PALMS

Here on the way home for some ice cream and appreciates the friendly staff. We had to go when the rain started. Cashier ensured that we had additional napkins and spoons for our ice cream. Many shops and restaurants nearby if you want to make it part of your evening.

A fantastic spot for an ice cream shop! We met up with friends, and everyone enjoyed ice cream before heading to the beach. The seating is outdoors, with a charming pavilion style. We tried the salted caramel, cookie monster, and cake batter ice cream served in waffle cones. Everyone was thrilled with their choices, and we will definitely return!

The staff was friendly and the ice was good. I was disappointed when I was faced with the bill that a pot cost more than a pint of her ice cream in the store. They also charge $1 for whipped cream and $1 for wrinkles. They left 3 of my 4 ice creams that did not lack whipped cream or wrinkles after I liked to pay them for it and also gave a carefree tip. They ran out of wooden spoons and the garbage cans were overflowing. The seating areas were disgusting. We let us feel disappointed and wanted someone there to better manage the place. Are you trying harder Ben and Jerry? You can do better!

Great spot to enjoy some ice treats after a day at the beach. The selection of flavors is limited, but the service is quick, and even when there's a long line, it moves efficiently. Space is a bit tight, as they have only a few tables available.

Lemon sorbet ice cream was terribly mid, but I rate this place 5 stars because the very kind and efficient employee with the dirty blonde curly hair. I asked for his name and I?m pretty sure it was Alexander Korte. He should honestly be promoted to shift leader or even the manager.
