Panera Bread - ISLAND PARK

Poor experience. Dark inside. Internet never works been there 3 or 4 times over past 8 months. Some staff good, others look like they just cant wait till their shift is over. Half sandwich sloppily thrown together. BUT the food qualiry if the turkeydeli sandwich and broccoli cheese soup were great and worth the price.

Had the worst Panera experience of my life at this place yesterday around 6pm. My girlfriend and I received half frozen chicken on our sandwich?s and salad. The sandwich was also a huge mess, and I get that sandwich all the time. Melted cheese was spillingonto the plate. The broccoli cheddar soup was insanely salty, and there was a gooey substance I didn?t even recognize. I alsoasked for green tea, but they said they were out. I asked the lady behind the counter for them to refill it, and there wasnobody home. Had to be stoned. Lastly, I asked the same girl for a piece of bread, but they didn?t have bread?? At Panera BREAD,they didn?t have bread. I don?t write reviews usually, but felt it necessary after that experience. Wont be back to anotherPanera for a long time. Thanks island park Panera team.

We had soup and sandwiches and they were perfect and delicious . The store was very clean.

The staff is always pleasant. The manager Rob is the best, he's always helpful. Does a very good job, of leading the team. He doesn't just give orders he gets down. To work. I love the fact they hire persons with disabilities. That warms my heart.

Awesome love this loc is closest to me in lb, food is always fresh staff so helpful always.
