Jumeli Cafe - Isipingo

Decided to take a small drive to glenwood and spotted this quaint spot, that deserved a closer look.With a sidewalk setting as well as a cozy inside section Jumeli epitomises homely.Our waitress Kate was on hand immediately and looked after us throughout, even engaging in some friendly conversation.My espresso was brilliant and I was told that the TriBeCa cappuccino was 1st class.We ate a light meal of very tasty wraps and then under advisement had a slice of cheesecake to share, which was really outstanding.Decided to leave with two take-out chocolate brownies to share with our girls back at home, and they were given a rousing thumbs up Thank you Sue for a great little gem, we will be back

What a lovely little gem. Jumeli has a fresh and vibrant vibe with superb light meals. The coffee is of great quality (Tribeca) and the carrot cake and lemon meringue is probably the best in Durban. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
