フィードバックを提供するEvery time I go there, there is either the wrong food or they didn't make my order how i asked for it be. Consistently having to complain to this place. To put the icing on the cake, there was a bug in the food?i am not squeamish by all means but being how dirty the restaurant can be in the back and that this was in the food makes me want to vomit. Do not eat here if you want to get the wrong order or have something living in food. Just absolutely disgusting how poor this place takes care of itself. The workers typically could care less about how dirty it is in there. Please see attached and you wont ever go here.
You all need to stop Simping out on people. I specifically ordered a chicken protein bowl. It?s one of the signature bowls on the menu. I laughed cause the person who served me asked what rice I wanted? and there?s clearly no rice in it to begin with. On top of that, it?s double chicken and she gave me one serving. She was some skinny blonde chick, and in the end I payed $12 for this. gas prices are already too high, I?d like to make sure I atleast get what I pay for.
Great location right off US 1. Very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. I had the 3 Style Street tacos, so delicious. My husband and the kids had a burrito bowl and they were satisfied. They gave you good portions of food, worth the money.
I come here at least 3 times a week, every single time the servings are inconsistent. This time, I received almost no chicken and when I asked for a little more, they wanted to charge me for extra chicken. I am not asking for two scoops just one full scoop as supposed to. My bowl was not even halfway full and the service is always mediocre. I understand there are rushes and I don't mind waiting, but this is horrible. Please continue to train your staff on proper serving portions. I also see different people working the line, as it, attrition is high here and turnover is causing and adding to the customer issues.
Mobile orders are frequently not ready when I arrive, and it often takes fifteen minutes or longer to get them. The quantity and quality of the food are inconsistent as well. The manager should retrain the staff to handle orders in a more efficient manner, focusing on completing each order from start to finish instead of in reverse. It's better to ensure all orders are filled correctly and promptly to avoid customer dissatisfaction rather than offering free cookies as a consolation. Additionally, the manager needs to treat every customer with respect while taking their orders, instead of brushing them off with, "I'm helping someone else."
