フィードバックを提供するThis restaurant serves burnt food with a bad attitude. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience at this location. I felt compelled to write this review today because the attitude I received was unacceptable. I placed an order through their app, which had a special offer attached. However, when I arrived and inquired about the offer, it could not be found. I mentioned that the offer was valid until 11/29 and today is only 11/25, but the employee insisted there was no offer. When I tried to explain the situation, she was not helpful and simply stated there was no such offer. When I told her I would need to file a complaint, she responded with "Go ahead, complain wherever you want to." The customer service was disappointing to say the least.
I ordered cold drinks through the app, but when I went to pick them up, the store did not have my order ready. I tried to cancel the order, but they were unable to do so. I decided to get donuts instead, but they were out of stock. The app also needs improvement as it should notify customers if items are not available before they make a payment.
This is my favorite spot for a quick breakfast in the morning. The staff is super friendly, and I believe it's an all-female team at this location. However, there have been a couple of instances where my order was not correct, so I recommend double-checking your order, especially when using the drive-through.
This is by far the worst of the worst customer service at any Dunkin? we?ve ever been too. Pull up (5/13/22) to the drive thru and start to order and the first thing we are told is ?we are closing.? The sign says open 24hrs but that?s beside the pointhow is the first thing you tell a customer that gets to the drive thru that?s still open ?we are closing.? He proceeds to takeour order and we ask a question and the next thing out of his mouth is ?we are closing.? It bewilders me how there is such alack of effort and work ethic anymore. If you close at the 10pm change your sign and if a customer gets to the drive thrubefore 10pm then provide the service. Unfortunately this isn?t the first bad experience we?ve had at this Dunkin? but we?velearned our lesson and will never give them our business again.
This is my go to morning place for a quick coffee. Lines could get pretty long but it's totally worth it.
