Dunkin' - Irvington

Even when the restaurant is mostly empty, the service is surprisingly slow for some reason. Additionally, there are no chairs available for dining in.

The staff was very friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. The hot coffee was excellent. Make sure to visit; you'll be glad you did! ☕

Great place with well-prepared coffee. Not too busy inside, but they prioritize the drive-thru, which suggests they might be a bit understaffed.

I saw the recent review, and I’m not sure if it impacted my experience, but my coffee was terrible—almost like they forgot to add any milk. I usually enjoy my coffee there, so I thought maybe it was just an off day for the staff. I’ll have to consider ordering earlier, around 7 or 9, when it’s quieter to see if that makes a difference.
