Taco Cabana - Irving

I've always had great experiences at this restaurant. The manager deserves praise for their team, as the employees are fantastic.

The service was slow. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty today, the few staff members seemed to lack energy and were moving at a snail's pace in the dining area.

I volunteered for the winter state carnival and I have to say, don't bother with this place. The portions are small, the prices are high, the atmosphere is unpleasant, and the staff is unhelpful.

I just had to pay with my apple. No money. No bank card, because I had to cancel it recently for a scam for Christmas. The General Manager bought my meal! He paid for the lunch of this hungry girl. When I am in this area, I always go to TC (love it) and have always received such great service. Today the service exceeded my expectations! Thank you.

Simply leave this place and make an order in the drive thru. There was only one car in front of me. I'm coming into the window and they don't even know what my order was. I ordered for my whole office and they couldn't even get it right. Some of these tacos hardly had an egg that the chorizo was burned and hard very disgusting food. I ordered a chorizo egg not to get a cheese burrito. I asked for single salsas so that everyone in the office can get one with his taco. Whoever the manager is here must be replaced. Terrible service. We'll never order from here again. You have three stars for one reason.
