Golden Chick - Irving

My favorite thing about golden chicks is the roles. But this place makes a terrible job when cooking their roles and ensures quality freshness with their meals. Especially at 7:00. Our food literally tasted stables and our roles were hard like a brick and almost unusable.

We were asked to wait at one of the parking slot after ordering at drive thru. We had to wait 20+ minutes there and my kids were really hungry thought will get food fast through drive thru) . When food arrived the same was conveyed to the employee. She replied to me that don?t visit next time if you don?t like it

The manager and staff all were rude!! They put my mash potatoes in a cup and they were old. Told the cashier I didn't want it and she still tried to make me take the food. After 3 times the manager came with an attitude and said that's all they had. I told her well I'd rather have my money, just got upset and forced my receipt and card in my hand!! This isn't the first time I've been given horrible food from here...AVOID IF POSSIBLE!! Horrible food, rude staff, not worth the hassle

Love this golden chick!!! We have been going to different locations but after our experience here we will drive out of the way for the exceptional customer service. There was a small mistake with our pick up order and when we let them know the staff and management went out of their way to make it up to us and ensure that we left with big smiles on our faces. The good....the roll and fries. Also restaurant itself is kind of cute. Other than that not a fan. The chicken fingers were ?limp? if that?s a thing.... almost seemed a little underdone. I ordered and paid for an extra ranch. When my order came up there was only 1 ranch so I said that I had ordered an extra ranch. The response was ?31cents.? Yes I understand however I already PAID for it. I was stared at then the employee looked back at the screen overhead, (couldn?t possibly take my word for it) to confirm this first then went and got it. Not one word about it other than 31cents. Like seriously people. If I?m gonna drop $8 on a lunch, I?d like a little courtesy and I promise, I?m not trying to steal your ranch cup. Also tables were a mess only 2 were taken by customers but had trouble finding a clean one. That?s probably my first and last visit to this restaurant. With so many other choices why bother.
