Church's Texas Chicken - Irving

Took me back to my childhood when we used to drive from Baxter Springs KS to Jopline MO once a week just for Church's Chicken. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have with the visit was they where out if sweet tea but that is forgivable. I will be going back again and who knows may start up the old tradition of going once a week again. Only reason we had stopped way back when was our Church's Chicken closed down and there weren't any around that area.

Worker at the window with pink hair was incredibly rude. Stated it would be a 45 minute wait on tenders so we asked what was available and she signaled to what was in the trays. Unable to see we asked what was there (drums, thighs) she just said CHICKEN . On top of that they were scooping water that had puddled on their restaurant floor with cooking utensils.Rude and kinda disgusting....

Two big orders and the crew did it in time. Food: 5/5

Usually my place is churches, but no longer, the attitude of the staff terrible, it closes everything you want to order, staff like this need to recognize customers, is what your business is running, I rather travel far than convenience, hire better friendly staff churches to wake up chickens!! Better employees or you do not have customers

I was at lunch a few times. The food is always fresh and the customer service was great. The sister offered a suggestion that was fantastic. Accessibility: Order outdoors only
