フィードバックを提供するThe chicken was overcooked and tough. It took a while to get my order, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. The quality was unacceptable. I've never experienced such poorly prepared food, especially from Chicken Express.
I ordered chicken tenders that were cold and pink in the middle, along with stale bread and no rolls. The gravy was cold, the potatoes were cold, and the fried pickles and okra were mushy and also cold. I was charged extra for ranch and honey mustard, which I thought was ridiculous. I ended up wasting two drinks as well. Overall, it was a terrible meal that left me feeling like I threw 30 dollars in the trash. I don’t come here often because it’s pricey for my family, but I definitely won’t be returning. This place is just lazy.
The sweet tea was off; it had a strange taste. The cashier noticed my reaction and glanced at me. Shortly after, a drive-thru customer came in, also mentioning that something was wrong with it. They had new cups as well. I ended up telling another cashier about my experience, and he looked at me too. I'm really hoping I don't get sick from this.
I ordered sharp offers and they gave me regular offers (and spicy offers are the only reason why I come to the chicken express) and when I came back with my entrance, they said they could give me only 25%. The first restaurant I have seen does not give you any refund or the food I have actually ordered when I come back with my receipt!
Chicken tenders tasted like they had thin fish bones in it because of how dry it was when you would tear them apart. The pieces were extremely small, some even looked like they were rolled in a little ball and resembled nuggets. They charged for every sauce which I wasn?t charged for at another Chicken Express but I assume every one is different. I wouldn?t go here again, too expensive for the quality of food, or lack thereof.
