Chick-fil-a - Irving

I have ever waited in a Chick Fil A series of customers with wrong orders to be left back into the dining room should have been a clue, but I wait anyway. A gluten-free sandwich ordered and extra for the gluten-free bread has no bread at all. Warm Arnold Palmer. Manager was on site, but it was definitely not helpful. This place needs a lot of work!

Very big on places that inconvenience their customers to give them something for their troubles. I ordered ahead (I feel like this helps everyone) and got into the drive thru. My bag felt light but before I left my place in line, I gave it a quick glance and it SEEMED like everything was there. Went home. (Oh, m my car is full of children under 5 years old). Got home and my whole entree is missing. Even though I paid with Apple Pay I have to bring myself all the way back to this lovely establishment to get my stupid refund. Not so much as a sorry or a free freaking ice cream. Just annoyed.”my pleasure” eye roll

Check your items before you leave from Drive through. They either miss an item or change the order. This happened twice with this store. I had to travel back, wait for 10 mins in the queue and then get it corrected. Also they miss to provide the sauces.@Chick-fil-A: Just because you make tasty chicken and popular, does not mean you should be bad in service.I still provide you 5 stars because I like the taste. :

When to get breakfast 09/15/22 and ask for a spicy chicken on egg muffin and instead got a sausage with muffin , how hard could that be there is a different between chicken a patty sausage and the muffin was burnt , I needed to take medicine and wanted something quick and different for breakfast , but wrong, get to work and very disappointed .
