フィードバックを提供するThis Starbucks is excellent at streamlining the ordering process and mobile order pickup. There's plenty of space for social distancing, allowing you to either pick up your order or browse comfortably. The holiday cup season is fantastic! Enjoy your treat along with a complimentary holiday cup!
The mobile ordering system is a complete mess. The wait times are extremely long, and the store is packed with people waiting for their drinks, which seems to take forever. I felt sympathy for the girl in charge of mobile orders, as she kept apologizing to the customers who were waiting. This location clearly struggles to manage the large volume of mobile orders. They should really consider going back to walk-in ordering.
When I asked if I could have some syrup or something to fill it up, the staff member was quite rude in her response, asking which syrup I wanted. In the end, she only added a small amount of syrup, which didn’t help at all in making the drink the right size. I then requested either a new drink or just some milk to top it off. She said she could add more milk if I took the lid off, but when she went to do it, she ended up spilling about half of it all over the counter. Perhaps that’s where the drink’s volume went the first time she made it, because it was still a third empty. I wish I had taken a picture of the drink before this whole ordeal, but it was just a frustrating experience overall.
Nice little shopping center Starbucks. No drive through, nice parking lot. Store is small inside nut has a recent design. Small but nice outdoor patio seating.
This is by far the WORST Starbucks I have been to in the Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana etc area. And I have been to all of them. Have been a lifetime customer. As far back as I can remember. I agree with Alissa and the previous 2 ladies on their reviews. I had the same very very bad experience with staffer Ryan. Can't even call him a staff member because he is not. He is erogent, rude and seems like, to me, that he likes to pick on females so that MIGHT mean he MAY discriminate against us ladies. After coming back into the store to have them remake my drink...I asked for light ice and he told me I needed extra ice because it had 4 shots of espresso. The drink was a chocolate ice shaken espresso. Why advertise with 4 shots if your not going to make it that way and just fill the cup up with a bunch of ice. No chocolate flavoring. Tasted like drinking a terrible watered down cup of coffee with no taste for $5.95. To make it worse he argued with me to the point where I had to raise my voice in front of all your customers so I could get another drink made the RIGHT way. And even on the 2nd drink he still wasn't going to make it the way I wanted it to be made. Another employee had to step in and make it and he argued with them too!!! Shame on Starbucks for hiring an employee with an attitude!!! They should be screened better. With inflation the way it is a Starbucks drink is a treat for me not a daily occurrence. I have been a loyal customer for many years and would have expected better treatment than what I received today. Unfortunately this Starbucks has been stricken off my list of Starbucks I shop at ?????????????? I only gave 1 star because I had to to write the review. They should have -10 for the worst!!! PS.....the 2nd drink from the 2nd barista was perfect and ???? delicious.
