Olive Garden Italian - Irvine

Hostess stand employees were OK. The shining star of our visit was our server, Lola. She was so friendly always with a smile on her face. She was welcoming, friendly, helpful and cheerful throughout our meal. You can tell she enjoys serving others and loves her job. We travel often and dine out more than I’d like. Our experience w her was memorable as it is the best customer service we have received in months. I hope she gets recognition for her hard work as she was running circles around the other servers.The tour of Italy was delicious. Pasta Fagioli on point and very hearty. Salad was consistent and plentiful for the two of us.Drink prices are a bit steep at $4 each and the strawberry cake dessert is a pass next time, we should have gotten the Zeppoli.When you’re here, youre family and we definitely felt like family!

Let me start by saying I have been to a lot of olive gardens in a lot of different cities but trust me when I say this one hours above and beyond. I ordered the tour of Italy and it was amazing. The cheese on the lasagna was a beautiful golden brown, the chicken parm was really crispy and flavorful, and the fettuccine was nothing less than perfect. My girlfriend ordered the shrimp and chicken carbonara and it was to die for! The cherry on top was our server Donovan, who not only attended us in the friendliest way possible but improved our already amazing dinner. Super charismatic, checking in on us at the perfect times when we may need something, giving us amazing recommendations, and making this Italian chain feel homey and warm. Thanks to Donovan I will be returning and can’t recommend anyone enough to go!!!

Came here on a date with my boyfriend. Aiden, our server, was wonderful and provided excellent service. If we could promote him we would. Wasn't able to do the survey at the end but my boyfriend and I agree that we would have given him the best review. Food was very dependable and reliable as we stuck with mostly our go to order besides trying a different entree. Only remark was that the shrimp and chicken pasta had quite a few peppers but we assumed the amount was just with trying a new food. Overall had a great date night and we left very stuffed but happy.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The manager came over to introduce themselves and ask about our visit very classy, old school touch. Drinks were consistently refilled, and we wanted for nothing as the wait staff was on it! We had a lovely family dinner thanks to this location.

This visit started off pretty bad. arrived and wasn't greeted (no biggie). when we were seated, we ordered our drinks almost instantly. our drinks didn't arrive until 37 minutes later! neither were specialty drinks, or mixed drinks. just lemonades and water. our servers were pretty friendly and upbeat though. i ordered the 6oz steak which comes with garlic butter and a side order of Alfredo fettuccine. kinda hard to see from these photos, but about half the noodles where darker and dry? kinda like when they're old? stale? idk you get the point. the Alfredo was pretty heavy and good though. the steak… DELICIOUS! cook to absolute perfection. the pasta on the side was a bonus to my order and i really didn't care if it would have been perfect, burn, or under cooked. the steak alone was enough for me to want to give this location 5 stars. BUT, the ling wait for our food and drinks kinda ruined that. my wife ordered the ravioli with added chicken on top. cant rate that as i didn't want to taste it and ruin the next bite of steak. or be disappointed with the chicken after my meal. I believe that if I had ordered something different, this review would have probably been a 2 star. Overall opinion? I’d go back there again.
