Fatz - Irmo

My friend and I braved a severe rainstorm to go out for dinner today. We settled on Fatz, Longhorn, or Texas Roadhouse, and I'm happy we ended up choosing Fatz.

We had to wait for a table, even though there were many empty tables in the restaurant. It seems they were short-staffed as we also had to wait a long time for our food.

I had to look for someone to seat us and ended up standing at the door for 10 minutes. The hostess had green hair and facial piercings.

One of our favorites. Bruce Drexler's place is simply excellent for a chain restaurant. Comfortable atmosphere, food that tastes, rather than cooked; I never had a meal that is less than big. Great value. They are also generous with the wine that is very appreciated.

This is a nice restaurant not far from the interstate. We were sat quickly and our server promptly took our drink orders. Once ordered, our food came out quickly. The taste was good and the serving size was plentiful. We had a coupon so it was very affordable. I'm sure I'll be back.
