フィードバックを提供するOrdered a carry out pizza from this store at 6:42 PM and went in to pickup. The store is not busy and no one is addressing the customers. Picked up the pizza and after coming home we found that the pizza is messed up. They messed up the order, I ordered the pizza with a Square cut but got a pie cut instead and the cut is not made properly I had to pull it very hard to actually eat it as a slice. No proper sauce, no feta cheese as topping, the crust is crispy and not baked properly. Pizza is cold and the pizza base is very hard to bite. I made a call to them requesting for a replacement pizza or a refund. They simply argued that we cannot give the replacement or refund because you already ate half of the pizza. Honestly, after bringing it to home and keeping the pizza in-front of kids how can I take the food away from their hands. All I wanted was to at least have a basic courtesy to listen but they kept shouting that the pizza crust is crisp and very thin because the oven is 500 c temp. Really who doesn’t know about the temps. If they don’t know how to handle making a pizza they should stop doing it and they won’t answer phone calls easily, had to wait for a long period of time. Worst experience and RUDE staff. You lost a customer.
Brandon, the manager, is extremely rude and puts issues back on the customer instead of even considering he could have done something wrong. This was with an order with a common allergy involved. I don 't know what to tell you after arguing with a customer is not the way to go, only offering a refund after arguing for a few minutes. This guy needs training, especially concerning disability/allergy concerns. Drivers are always lovely, but from being in food service previously, I know the manager says a lot about the location. Too bad Domino 's forces me to get things from this location if I want delivery (even though there are multiple others close). Food is usually good, but last few times have been lacking. Still won 't be back after 2.5 years.
Please excuse the missing piece... From what you can see from the picture. This is what my rewards got me. A free pizza. With the least amount of topings possible. I 'm sorry, but I thought rewards were given as a thank you for being our customer. To me, this was more of, Did you honestly think we cared about you? Good job, guys. You promoted me to spend my hard earned cash else where. Was the pizza good? It 's chain pizza. I 'm sure you can answer that yourself. Besides, I 'm from NY. Enough said. Your reward is zero stars, but since I 'm forced to choose at least one star. It must be your lucky day.
I went last night to get my order and I saw this pizza trays on the floor one of the works kick it with his shoes I have the photo how the trays on the floor but I can’t upload I don’t know why do t let me do it
It's only 7pm and they keep hanging up an ignoring calls
