フィードバックを提供するBrought my kids in for lunch today. Was greeted and seated immediately. Anthony was our server and he was great! Super friendly, always had a smile, checked on us multiple times to see if everything was good or if we needed anything else. Only complaint was the food and that was that neither of us who ordered chicken had enough sauce on it, so it was rather dry. Anthony brought us out extra sauce when we requested tho:
I placed an order on Uber eats and had it delivered. None of my dipping sauces were included nor were my carrots or my drink. I 'm giving this place 3 stars because historically they did an okay job, but I am very disappointed in this most recent experience and am very hesitant to order delivery from here again. The receipt lists everything correctly but the checked by line is blank so maybe no one even looked at it.
Wings were cold. This is their specialty, and they dropped it. Fries were cold. Waitress was good.
Did a take out order on a Saturday night. That was my first mistake. The guy at the counter was nice but was clearly over his head when it came to running the takeout counter. Helping people out of order. Guy who walked in before me was still waiting to place an order when I left.For the order, we were shorted an order of fries, an order of onion rings, and an order of the loaded ice cream. The two pieces of cheesecake we ordered were packaged with the hot food and didn 't come with caramel drizzle as advertised.Receipt also has a number of bags and a checked by section that was never filled out, which means nobody at the store checked the order and we didn 't know if we were supposed to get multiple bags.So, to summarize. We had 3 missing items, two items made improperly, and cold items packaged with hot items.The food wasn 't great. The hot food wasn 't hot, and the cheesecake was warm. Also, the wings were way over sauced. If they still use the sauce pumps and wing buckets like when I worked there (different location years ago), the buckets need to be rinsed or switched out periodically. Can 't be slinging that many wings in the same buckets all night.I 've been to this location during lunch hours and off nights and it 's been fine. Ordering take out on a weekend evening is basically throwing money away and I don 't recommend it. You can check my Google account. I rarely leave bad reviews, but when half of your $100 order is either missing or tastes like it was made yesterday, it 's just not good. If they 're gonna do $2000 per hour on take out, they need to stop being cheap and put another person there to assist. The kitchen staff also needs to clean their stations more. Being busy is no excuse to serve warm cheesecake when all that needs done to prevent is using a different bag or over saucing wings when it takes literally a few seconds to swap out buckets. That 's kindergarten level food service, man.
Ordered a takeout of 20 boneless, fries and tots. Fries were hard and cold, tots cold, Boneless was extremely small and hard, tasted like coating and sauce. There are better ones frozen at the grocery store. First time I ordered from Buffalo Wild restaurant. That’s the last.
