フィードバックを提供するIt has been my favorite place for a long time, and the food is still amazing, but the menu has clearly contrasted. About half of the options for appetizers, sandwiches and entrees. Some favorites have gone, and the breadth of the previous elections made this place work for a group with different food desires that is now more difficult.
Just a flat out outstanding place. Great rustic farm vibe with high end service and menu. A must go to.
Ate brunch here for the first time Sunday the 6th. I 've always loved Wilson 's orchard and was excited to visit the cidery. I 've heard great things about this place but had some serious service issues.Service: the only reason this place didn 't receive 5 stars. We weren 't greeted for 25 minutes and someone other than our server had to put our first round in after we waved them down. When our server finally got to us, she didn 't introduce herself or apologize for the wait instead walked up to us and said okay are you ready to order . Each of us at the table being from the service industry tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but it was ridiculous and was not super busy when we were there. Our glasses were empty longer than they were full and we probably saw her a total of 4 times over the 2 hours we were there. Food:We ordered the apple cider donuts to start and they are always delicious!! When it came to food, chef Kagen Lewis stopped at our table to say hello and was super informative and helpful!! He recommend the dill salmon special and went above and beyond in helping my mom (who is vegan) find something to eat! He even surprised us with a hummus appetizer (not even on the brunch menu) so my mom could eat an appetizer. He is the BEST!! Give that man a raise!! All of the food was tasty! He 's the only reason we 're willing to come back and try dinner!Atmosphere:The place was absolutely adorable inside!! Good music was playing, the place overall had a lovely rustic vibe!Pricing: Ended up being $75 per couple and that would have been understandable had there been service.
Rapid Creek Cidery was a great place to enjoy brunch! It has a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel like you are out in the country! We started with the Apple cider donuts which came out warm and we're delicious. Much of our table ordered the classic breakfast and I enjoyed the brisket scramble which I would definitely order again! Will definitely be stopping back if I am in iowa city ! Go Hawkeyes!
Had a reservation that was promptly ready right on time. Pacing was nice, server checked in with us frequently. My eggs were not done as initially requested but it was immediately taken care of with no fuss whatsoever. The donuts are delicious, we enjoyed the drinks and the atmosphereVegetarian options: Vegetarian options are noted on the menu for easy identificationParking: Considerable parking, both ground level and lower level, which requires uneven stairs to climb. Ample options at ground level for people with accessibility needs
