Was told, in an unfriendly way to wait 15 mins even though the restaurant seemed at 30% capacity. Was shortly greeted by another waiter who promptly sat us at an empty table while she was away. This seemed to upset Claire who came to us asking if we were on some list. Did not feel welcome at all when we ate and I couldn't get over the treatment we received at the door. Perhaps a warmer welcome to customers would be nicer strategy if they are to enjoy dining at Nando's.
We visited on Saturday 1st April at approximately 5pm. It was very busy on arrival, so we did have to wait for a table which is absolutely fine. The staff were really friendly and polite and took the time to explain everything to us. We managed to order no problem at all. Tables were clean and tidy and staff were actively clearing tables as quickly as possible to seat more guests. We were sitting at table 19, which is right next to the pass, which allowed us to see all the food going up on to the hot plate. Unfortunately, this included my burger, which sat there for around 25 minutes (along with several other plates of food) before the rest of our order was ready and delivered to our table. As you would expect, the chicken inside the burger was stone cold at this point. The staff were really lovely and replaced it immediately. I think 3 separate staff members came over to apologise and check everything was fine with my replacement. The biggest issue seems to be that the kitchen and front of house are completely disconnected service wise. The kitchen appear to prepare the food in a totally random order, and then it just sits there until the rest of that tables order is ready. All in all, staff are great, but the execution is poor.
Dining at any Nando's is always a breeze, and this location is no different. The staff is knowledgeable about dietary restrictions, particularly when it comes to gluten-free options. If you require a gluten-free meal, a manager will take your order personally. Almost everything on the menu is gluten-free.
Dining at this Nando's is a breeze, just like at any other location. The staff are attentive and well-connected with the customer care team. If you need gluten-free options, just ask a manager. Almost everything on the menu is gluten-free.
I had been eagerly anticipating my visit to this diner, and I was not disappointed after finally dining at their location in Inverness. I left feeling completely satisfied. The chicken, prepared in their heritage Peri Peri sauces, was absolutely delicious and hearty. The portion sizes were generous, and the variety of sauces, along with the unlimited drinks, were impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure to inquire about any allergens before we placed our orders. The service was reasonably quick as well. This is definitely a must-visit spot, especially after a long drive. Plus, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible and offers free parking.
