The employees behind the counter seem to be struggling on the day we were there. We ordered two hamburgers, one fry, one drink at the counter and waited for a little over a half hour to receive them. The dining area was generally cluttered and did not appear to be clean. As we were just traveling through the area, I cannot say whether or not this is the norm. Had to wait for Interlochen workers to get back in the building to Serve the food we ordered. minus −1 fry and all straws. The worker didn't want to give me either of them and gave me a bunch of attitude. Should have better service for the price!! Always good service and the orders are always completed perfectly. The staff here is very nice, but this place is usually quite busy, so you may have to wait in the drive thru. It's never excessive and the staff moves quickly and efficiently.
