The Stone Grille - Innisfil

Our food was good.....little pricy. There for a late lunch. Had the patio to ourselves that was nice. Waiter was very pleasant.

Went here for lunch with 24 friends. They were disorganized, slow, and not very attentive. I would understand but, they knew we were coming, and they had no other customers.Some of our party waited 1 1/2 hours for their food to appear. There were chicken wings that had to go back to be cooked, missing salads, wrong orders. The food that did arrive was not top drawer either. My chicken wings had a bit of a funky "old oil" flavour, and even though we had ordered a double with two flavours (medium, and buffalo), they all tasted the same.Won't be returning.

My husband and I had the worst experience, ruined our Valentines Date night - BAD FOOD "AND" SERVICE! We were only two people and waited an hour for our appetizers then another 25 minutes for our dinner ! My husbands meal arrived 15 min before mine and was cold ... YUCK ! Bar service was terrible too :(They didn't have any drinks I wanted so I settled for a sling When I tried ordering it again they ran out of an ingredient to make it WTH !? Table and chair set up is TOO crowded and people couldn't move MAJOR FIRE HAZARD ! The entertainers the had "DECEIVING DIVAS" couldn't move amongst the crowd so therefore the people at the back never saw the show. VERY DISAPPOINTING evening out. We won't ever be back !The photos of the restaurant do NOT reflect how it really looks. I tried to contact the owner Mark who blocked me and wouldn't return any of my phone calls - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Save your $$ Money $$ McDonald's would be better Hopefully this review helps many out there.

I was advised when this place first open that it was not good, which had me stay away until recently. My family and I visited for dinner and was disappointed that I did not listen to the advice. The service was horrible. From the time we arrived to the time we paid, it was approximately 2 hours of continually waiting for a server to bring what we required (there were only two of us and the place was almost empty). For example, we waited 30minutes for the server to bring a refill of hot water for the tea pot. During the 30minutes, we reminded the server three times. Finally the third time, one of us went up to the bar to get the hot water. The food was mediocre and over priced. They do not offer any free refills for pop. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place and I will definitely NOT be returning.

We were at the restaurant for a staff party. The kitchen and servers seemed very unprepared and disorganized. For instance, a table of 6 patrons was given a jug of water but only 2 glasses to drink from. The tortilla bowl salads were handed over to the table sitting on a bartending tray but with no plates to transfer them to!? The Mexican salad dressing tasted like it was doused in Frank's Red Hot Sauce. The buffet table was not refilled quickly. When food was added to the buffet, it was generally missing a serving spoon or lifting fork so you just had to stare at it until they returned with a serving utensil. The meat in the tacos tasted odd and there was no salsa or sour cream to add. It was such a terrible experience that it actually became almost funny! Almost.
