フィードバックを提供するThe food wasn’t as good of quality as I expected. The server was clueless, order rice balls. He walks by and asks how the meatballs taste? Order a coffee after the meal, had 1 sip and he can back and dropped the bill off with the debit machine and walked away. It timed out after 30s and he rest it 4 times. We’re there just over an hour. Restaurant wasn’t full not sure the rush. I’ve been the avenue in Kleinburg, much much better, definitely worth the drive.
First time their food was great. I had the Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, which was delicious. The best part a mistake was made on my order it took a little longer than normal but they made it up to me by taking it off my bill. Great service that’s how you deal with a customer. Will go back.
I found the overall service to be quite disappointing. The food quality fell below the standards I anticipated, and the pricing seemed disproportionately high for the experience. Regrettably, I cannot justify the expenditure based on the provided services.Moreover, I encountered challenges with the staff, particularly the waitresses, who I found to be quite rude. It is my belief that additional training for the staff would greatly benefit the overall customer experience.I share this feedback with the hope that it contributes to the ongoing improvement of your establishment. Service was terrible both hostess and server were rude.Food was nothing special and actually kind of gross. Vegetables varied between raw and over cooked. Gnocchi unevenly sized and unevenly cooked.Atmosphere was nice but bathrooms were dirty.
Great restaurant with fine food and amazing ambience. Staff were very friendly and accommodating even though we had to make a last min change to our reservation. Highly recommended.
