Boston Pizza Innisfail

One year later we ordered takeout from here to give them another try and was extremely disappointed small portions and cold even tho we have to wait in the restaurant for it to be brought out spent over 100$ and will not be trying them againOrdered for pick up Sunday evening before 7 and picked up our food had to argue over missing items then once got home found over cooked rock hard calamari and the spinach dip was cold and the breed was soggy

Had a pizza birthday party. Good tood, good price, good waitress.

My overall experience at Boston Pizza is just terrible. Food is bad. Service is bad.It is my first and the last time here.Just don’t waste your time and money.

Parking was good. Staff were friendly. Was busy at dinner time so had to wait to place order. Food came quick and was hot. Menu had lots of choices. Had the jambalaya. Good portion. Had to take some home.

I am usually not one to complain, but when I make a very clear and specific order and it is still taken incorrectly, that is one thing. However, receiving my entire order lukewarm was extremely disappointing. I called the manager, who did not offer any apologies and simply asked me what I would like to do to improve the situation. Where has good customer service gone? Especially when I spent almost $100 on my order. This experience has left me unimpressed, and I will not be returning to support your business again.
